Shahid Kapoor, renowned for his acting versatility and usually sporting a cheerful demeanor in photographs, recently had an unusual moment captured on video that created quite a buzz on social media.
In this viral video clip, Shahid displayed an uncharacteristic loss of temper with the paparazzi, drawing significant attention from netizens who largely rallied behind the actor. The video, initially shared by Instant Bollywood, depicted Shahid and his wife Mira waiting for their car on the roadside. Suddenly, the photographers started vociferously calling out his name for a photograph.
This apparent irritation got under the actor’s skin, leading him to address the photographers with a firm tone, saying, “Why are you shouting? I am right here. Why are you shouting like madmen? Relax, we are here. Shout when I’m in the car. It makes sense.”
Supportive comments from Shahid’s fans flooded in as well. One fan concurred, “Shahid is right, you should relax,” while another added, “He did the right thing; these people have started acting too much these days.”
On the professional front, Shahid Kapoor had been set to commence filming his next project under the direction of Anees Bazmee. The film was slated to feature Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead and was produced by Dil Raju.
However, creative disagreements resulted in Shahid Kapoor’s withdrawal from the project, reportedly amicably. Initially slated to kick off filming in August, the project, tentatively titled “Double Trouble,” was purportedly canceled due to production delays.
Nevertheless, recent reports indicate that the project has not been shelved but is still in progress, with the search for a new lead actor currently underway. An inside source disclosed, “Anees Bazmee will be approaching new actors shortly. He is very confident in the comedic aspects of his script.”
While certain media outlets suggest that the film has been scrapped, it is confirmed that the project is moving forward, albeit with a fresh cast. Shahid was initially slated to portray a double role in the film, and it was planned to be shot in various locations, including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar.
