Chris Hemsworth who is presently busy with the global promotions of his latest movie from the Marvel series,Thor: Love and Thundermade a revelation through a rare Insta post recently. He referred to his daughter India Rose, who plays the role of Love, the daughter of Gorr, the God Butcher, as his “favourite superhero”.

The post had two photos: a throwback picture of India 11 years ago, visiting him on the set of his then Marvel film as a baby with Chris standing tall in front of her dressed in his Thor outfit, and a recently taken photo of the father-daughter duo while on the set of Thor: Love and Thunder. In the second pic, Chris can be seen cradling India in his arms. Even Christian Bale, who essays the role of Gorr, praised Chris for being a very attentive and caring father while off-camera. Speaking with Marvel.com, Christian shared, “It was really endearing seeing the two of them. He sort of let her be, and she did it herself.”

Furthermore, the actor renowned for his portrayal of Batman from the DC Universe also spoke about his experience acting opposite India Rose in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. He said, “One of the memorable bits for me was working with India, with Chris’s little girl. She was so magnificent in it.”
The eldest child of Chris and wife Elsa Pataky, India has two younger twin brothers, Tristan and Sasha. In fact, both Chris and Elsa named their daughter India as they love the country and its people. India holds a special place in Elsa’s heart, as the Spanish model and actor has previously spent a lot of time in the country.
The making of this latest addition in the Thor franchise was unique and a lot of fun as shared by the cast members during the film’s promotion. The children of the cast members were not only present on the sets but two of Chris’s children make cameos in the film, along with the children of fellow co-stars Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, and director Taika Waititi himself. Now this is what we call a wholesome, family affair.
In an interview with Fox 5’s Good Day DC recently, Hemsworth said that he doesn’t want his kids to be actors in the future. “I don’t want them to now go and be child stars and actors,” Hemsworth said. “It was just a special experience we all had and they loved it. They had a great time.”
