The couple who’s embarked on a new journey to explore parenthood is at the moment enjoying their time in India. It was during the lockdown that Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja gave their Instagram family a virtual tour of their massive bungalow. Located at one of Delhi’s most prime areas at Prithviraj Road, the house is spread across 3170 square yards. As per ABPlive, the house was purchased around seven years ago in 2015 and costs a whopping Rs 173 crores.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s bedroom follows an all-white tone. The four-poster bed fits right into the aesthetic vibe of the bedroom. The highlight of Ahuja’s mansion is a huge tree-clad lawn and also the flow of natural lighting throughout the house. The bungalow has a classy wooden finishing that gives it a grand and elegant look. The couple’s house even has a basketball court where the Ahuja brothers often spent time together.
A stunning London Home
The couple loves spending time in London and both run their business from the English capital quite often. Their London pad is designed by Rooshad Shroff and the house is filled with artistic pieces. The walls have a royal texture and follow a jewel tone which adds a very chic vibe to the interior. The house boasts both modern and classic Indian touches throughout.
Giving an insight about the house Sonam Kapoor Ahuja told AD, “The Indian touches include a number of personal pieces gifted to us by our mothers. Bringing memories of Mumbai and Delhi to London. There’s a lasting beauty in these heirlooms, however humble, that have seen so many lives and brought joy across the generations.”
The house has pieces sourced from India. One look at the couple’s home in London and you can see traditional craft pieces placed around the house making bold statements.
