The video showcases appearances by Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, and director Rajkumar Hirani.
Sanjay Dutt, reprising his role as ‘Munna Bhai,’ and Arshad Warsi as ‘Circuit,’ are making a highly-anticipated return! The creators of the immensely successful Munna Bhai franchise have hinted at the possibility of a sequel. A viral video captures Dutt, Warsi, and director Rajkumar Hirani on the film’s set, which appears to resemble a hospital setting, with the lead actors donning their iconic ‘Munna Bhai’ attire.
In the video, Dutt, dressed in his ‘Munna Bhai’ character’s signature orange shirt, enters the room with Hirani as the familiar Munna Bhai theme tune plays in the background. Hirani announces to the crew, “Munna is back.” Meanwhile, Warsi, in his ‘Circuit’ avatar, joins them in the room wearing a black kurta adorned with multiple gold chains, warmly greeting his partner Munna with, “And, we are back.”
Although Arshad Warsi had previously mentioned that Munna Bhai 3 was not in the works a few months ago, the video strongly suggests that the team has already commenced work on the film. While there has been no official announcement from the creators yet, the video has undoubtedly piqued the audience’s interest.
The Munna Bhai franchise began with the releases of “Munna Bhai MBBS” in 2003 and “Lage Raho Munna Bhai” in 2006, both masterfully directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
